Frequently Asked Questions
How long does setup take?
Most businesses go live within 24 hours. We customize responses, connect your calendar and CRM, and train your AI agents on your services, pricing, and FAQs.
Can it integrate with my existing calendar?
Yes. We integrate with Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar, and most popular scheduling tools. Your AI receptionist checks availability and books in real time.
Do you handle outbound calls too?
Yes — the Outbound Lead Qualifier calls new leads seconds after they submit a form or inquiry, qualifies them, and books appointments. If they don't answer, it leaves a voicemail and automatically calls back.
How does the Review Collector get more Google reviews?
It messages every customer after a completed job and checks satisfaction first. Happy customers go straight to your Google review page; concerns come to you privately.
What about privacy and security?
All calls are encrypted, we're HIPAA compliant for healthcare businesses, and we never share your data.
